Single Item Code

A Single Item Code or SIC is the unique code that each of our product has. The product SIC can be seen on the product label at the back of the clothes, with scannable unique QR Code. Please do not iron directly on this label, since it’s sensitive to high heat.

SIC is used to track each product that we have. As a customer, you can scan the QR code to find out more information about the specific product that you have. When you want to trade in, return, or exchange product(s), we will need this information from you.


Firstly, all Kindr products are made from 100% cotton. We do this because cotton is sustainable, renewable and biodegradable, making it an extremely eco-friendly fibre throughout its entire life cycle.

Secondly, we prioritise the use of natural materials for all trimmings and fasteners, such as buttons that are made from biodegradable coconut shells.

Unlike synthetic fibres, the natural fibres of cotton has been proven to be softer on your baby’s skin and allows their skin to sufficiently breathe. Additionally, our cotton fabric is STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certified and our printing ink is ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring they contain no harmful substances.

Measuring Tool

Our measuring tool will help you track and give you insights on your child’s growth.

The tool will generate insights by comparing your child’s measurement to the population based on WHO Child Growth Standards.

Yes! You can add several measurements for one child, by clicking ‘Add Measurement’ below the chart. This way you can see the growth line of your child!

Sure! We can send the info to your email, just fill in your email in the box above your chart, and click ‘Send me my info’.


Items ordered can be delivered to all over Indonesia.

All packages will be shipped based on chosen courier as we have several options, currently we use SiCepat, Tiki & JNE as your courier options.

Working days are subject to Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

After placing an order it will take around 24 hours for us to process your order, then you will receive an email confirmation about your order detail and invoice. If you did not receive the email confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted by our support team via email or Whatsapp.

You can log in, go to “my account” then click “address” to edit, add or remove your saved addresses.

However, please be informed that we cannot change your delivery address after you placed an order. Please make sure to fill in the correct delivery address before checking out your shopping basket.

If no one is available to receive the package when the courier arrives, the delivery courier will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour or contact you to re-arrange the delivery at your convenient time. Please note that all of our deliveries must be signed.

For now we only accept bank transfer as the payment method. But surely in the future, there will be several ways just to pay your order at

Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

For now the option is to pay with bank transfer, therefore we will refund the balance to your bank account.

  • Phishing email messages are designed to steal your identity and/or infect your computer with a virus. They ask for personal data, often by asking you to click on a link and directing you to websites or phone numbers where they ask you to provide personal data. The link will often try to infect your computer with a virus. After that personal details will be misused immediately via e.g. Java and Adobe Flash.
  • If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please be aware that this is not sent by Kindr. Kindr will only request account information in response to your queries via email or phone, or when there are unclarities with an order you have done, but we will never ask for bank details via email. Please do not respond to such requests. When we ask for personal data in an email then we will always ask you to contact us.
  • If you ever receive an email in which you are asked to give specific personal data via a link, do not reply to this, do not click on the link and delete it immediately.

Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with product(s) that you have ordered or the product(s) was received damaged, you can return the products within 7 days after product(s) received.

Yes. All returns and exchanges need to happen within 7 days after you first received the item(s).

All we ask is that you, the customer, pay the delivery cost for bringing the item back to the warehouse.

It may take up to 10 working days after we’ve received the returned products back from you, the customer.

Trade-In & Preloved

Once your child outgrows their Kindr clothing items, they can be traded in for Kindr credits to use toward your next purchase.

This means you’re not only spending less, but being Kindr to your child, the planet, and yourself in the process.

Every product of ours has its own trade in value in Rupiah. When you trade in product, we will add that value to your Kindr credit which you can use for your next purchase!

Yes. You need to trade-in within 1 year after you received the product.

You don’t need to pay anything. Our courier partner will pick up your package at your address. Please click this link to contact us and arrange product pick up.

It will take 1-5 working days after we’ve received your package at our warehouse.

All our “Preloved” items are either used by other Kindr kids and traded in by their parents when outgrown or they could be new items with a slight factory fault that is almost unnoticeable and we deem good enough to be sold as preloved. This way we continue to live our values of being kinder to our planet.

We guarantee all our preloved items for a full credit refund.
