Thank you for using the Kindr website! We want to be open and honest about our responsibilities, duties and promises to you. So please see here the Terms & Conditions, useful info and guidelines for using our website. Plus: What you can expect from us, whether you’re a customer or just browsing.
PT Stream Intelligence Indonesia (SII) is the operating entity for all Kindr products and services in Indonesia. We trade sustainable kids’ clothing through kindrkids.id (“KINDR”).
- Who can place an order with Kindr? You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order. We will accept orders from minors if accompanied by parental or guardian consent.
- Amendments. Kindr has the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to the customer. Using the website will automatically mean you accept the new Terms & Conditions.
The customer understands & agrees not to: (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact Kindr’s business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the kindrkids.id site, or which impacts the security of the site; (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of products by the customer from the Kindr website.
Customers need to register by creating an account. We encourage you to use a single account for your Kindr transactions.
Colours & measurements
Sometimes, the colour of a product depends on the customer’s computer/mobile phone’s system or screen settings. And an item’s measurements given on kindrkids.id are approximate values to give the customer a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item. Kindr can not guarantee that the actual colour & measurements of the item customer receives will be exactly according to their own personal expectation.
Receiving/accepting your order
The customer will receive an email confirmation shortly after Kindr receives the customer’s order. Kindr will notify the customer if we discover an error in the price of any product ordered, and give the customer the following options if that happens: i) we can reconfirm the customer’s order at the correct price, or ii) cancel the order.
All prices are reflected in IDR. For now we only accept bank transfer as the payment method. But surely in the future, there will be several ways just to pay your order at kindrkids.id.
If a customer has already paid for a product that becomes unavailable, the following actions may apply: i) We offer different products at the same price to the customer, ii) refund through bank transfer or iii) add store credit to the customer’s account.
Important delivery information: (i) delivery fee for each order will be based on the delivery location, as well as the size and weight of customer’s order, (ii) estimated days for delivery are 2–3 days (Jabodetabek area) following the shipment confirmation and 4–8 days for areas outside of Java. In the unlikely event of the delivery time exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel their order. (iii) Our coverage area is Indonesia.
Refusal of order
Kindr has the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and/or remove or change all materials/content from the website. If there are special circumstances in which Kindr may need to refuse to process an order after Kindr has sent an Order Confirmation, the payment amount will be fully refunded to the customer.
Cancelling your order
If a customer wants to cancel their order, they must contact customer service via email to email@example.com or our Whatsapp +62-812-6222-2920 (Chat Only, Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.00). No cancellation fees apply. But please note that customers cannot cancel an order after it has already been shipped.
Returns and exchanges
Customers may return or exchange items, if: (i) the items aren’t damaged, soiled, washed or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags are still intact. (ii) The time limit for returning and exchanging is 7 days after the items are received.
For trade-ins: (i) the items shouldn’t have been damaged, the QR code should be intact, and the product needs to be traded-in by the customer who purchased it. (ii) The time limit on trade-ins is 1 year after the customer received the products.
A courier partner will pick the products up from the customer’s address and then forward it to the warehouse, where Kindr receives it. Kindr will check the products, wash it with baby-safe detergent, fix stitches, sterilize, and maintain the traded-in products. From here, the products will be resold as “Preloved”.
The trade-in value of a product will be defined by Kindr, as agreed on customer purchase as long as product received by Kindr in a condition that aligns with the trade-in policy. The trade-in credit process may take up to 5 working days after the trade-in product is received by Kindr.
Kindr warranties against defects on all items, meaning Kindr will replace any defective products or fully refund the customer through bank transfer or by adding Kindr credit to the customer’s account.
Who this applies to
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including casual browsers of the website.
Kindr will not be liable for any claims, losses and/or damages of any nature resulting from: (i) the customer’s use or inability to use the web site, (ii) statements or conduct of any third parties, (iii) the use of the products, etc.
Ownership of rights
All text, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material on the Kindr website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Customers are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce these in any format.
Advertisements & promotions
Kindr may use the website or any of the services to send advertisements that promote products and services to the customer. Note: Kindr promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Any notification under the contract between Kindr and the customer will be given in writing either by letter or by email to the party concerned at the last known address or e-mail address.
Kindr or third parties may provide links to other websites for the user’s convenience.
These Terms & Conditions, along with customer accounts and contracts are regulated and translated according to Indonesian Law. Kindr and the customer hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian Courts.
Suspension & termination
Kindr may suspend and/or terminate a customer’s registration at any time, and Kindr shall not be liable to the customer or any third party for any loss or damages suffered on such a terminated account. This could happen where the customer hasn’t used Kindr services for some time or have acted inconsistently with these Terms & Conditions.
