Who is the controller of customer personal data?

PT Stream Intelligence Indonesia (SII) is the operating entity for all Kindr products and services in Indonesia.

What information do we collect?

We collect, store and safely manage information such as: Name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, encrypted payment card information, order history, customer shopping & browsing behaviour, information written in measuring tools, voice recordings [for customer service calls], and supplied images.

How do we collect customer personal data?

Kindr collects this customer personal data when: (i) customers create an account on the website, (ii) customers order products, (iii) when you use any of Kindr services, like subscribing to our newsletters or product notifications and using measuring tools, and (iv) when you sort or browse Kindr products and services, etc.

What do we do with the information we gather?

We mainly use the information to personalise your customer experience when you visit/use/connect with Kindr. We use it for internal recordkeeping, to help us analyze how customers use the Kindr website, so we can continually improve our products & services, marketing communication such as our customer engagement emails,  promotional emails about new products and special offers. We also use the information to invite Kindr customers to private events and to process customers through to our loyalty programs, etc.

Who can access customer data?

Customer data may only be shared within the Kindr parent company, its employees and officially certified external consultants, etc. We have a very strict data access policy, and your data will never be used for anything other than mentioned within our Cookie and Privacy Policies.

What rights do you as a customer have?

You have the right to request, revise and change the details of any of your personal information.

How can you exercise those rights?

We have a dedicated customer information service centre. Please email support@kindrkids.id to access, change, update any of your personal information with Kindr.

Withdrawing your agreement and information

You can withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your data in our possession by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer, and we will process your request in accordance with our policies and applicable laws. However, please note that your withdrawal of consent may mean we are unable to provide our services to you.
